Own multi channel growth marketing and content storytelling for a local food brand, tying member acquisition, onboarding, and retention to a clear voice and data driven improvements.

Growth Marketing & Content Ownership: run cross channel campaigns and a practical content calendar to lift new member growth and activation.
Brand Storytelling: ensure a warm local voice across social, website, and materials to showcase farmers, makers, and local food value.
Performance & Collaboration: partner with sales, farmers, and vendors to translate campaigns into measurable growth and ROI.

Job Description

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that help attract, convert, and retain Seasonal Roots members.
Support paid and native advertising efforts across channels such as social media, Google Ads, email, PR, and other digital campaigns.
Track marketing performance and use data to improve results over time.
Monitor key metrics such as new member growth, cost of acquisition, customer retention, onboarding funnel performance, engagement, and ROI.
Look for ways to improve how people discover Seasonal Roots, sign up, onboard, and become loyal members.
Develop and manage a clear, practical content calendar.
Create and coordinate content for social media, email marketing, customer inserts, website updates, print materials, and campaigns.
Help tell the story of Seasonal Roots, our farmers, our makers, our members, and the value of local food.
Maintain a consistent brand voice that feels warm, trustworthy, local, useful, and human.
Write, edit, proofread, and polish marketing materials before they go out into the world.
