Track campaign and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker

Responsibilities

Assist in executing campaigns across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels
Help plan and run growth experiments across paid media, email/SMS, landing pages, and onboarding flows
Support campaign execution across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
Monitor performance and assist in optimizing campaigns toward CAC and ROI goals
Help manage budgets and track performance metrics
Collaborate on developing and testing ad creatives and messaging
Analyze creative performance and provide insights for iteration
Support A/B tests across landing pages, funnels, and lifecycle marketing
Help identify new growth opportunities and emerging channels (TikTok, influencers, etc.)
Track campaign and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (internships included)
Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
Interest in testing, experimentation, and optimization
Basic understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
Startup mindset: proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in-person full-time in New York City

Preferred

Experience in DTC, health, wellness, or tech
Exposure to A/B testing, CRO, or lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Looker, or Google Analytics
Experience with influencer or UGC campaigns
Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools
