Job Summary

Own the end-to-end growth experiment pipeline and turn winners into repeatable channels, partnering with product, engineering and design while leveraging AI.

  • Drive hypothesis-based testing and rapid iteration across channels
  • Scale repeatable growth levers with data and automation
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and creators to ship high-impact experiments

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run a real experiment pipeline. Form the hypothesis, build the test, read the results, then double down or kill it without sentiment
  • Keep a ranked backlog of growth bets and be able to explain why the top one is at the top
  • Start with our current hypotheses and add your own: growth loops built into the product, creator and UGC partnerships, App Store growth, referral and word of mouth, content and search, and partnerships with gyms, trainers, and fitness communities
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship growth inside the product: referral mechanics, share moments, onboarding experiments
  • Take the ones that work from experiment to channel. When something repeats, build the process, the creative pipeline, and the reporting so it keeps working without you touching it every day
  • Use AI as leverage across everything: creative production, copy, analysis, automations. Part of the bet here is that a small team working with AI well can out-execute a big one. Fast never means sloppy: everything that ships should feel like Ray
  • Work with our marketing coordinator, who runs day-to-day social and creator logistics, so your tests get executed fast
  • Keep our paid social honest and efficient while you build what comes next

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consumer growth, with real time at a subscription product. You've seen LTV, CAC, and payback from the inside
  • Deep, hands-on proof in one or two acquisition channels. You personally made it work, not an agency you managed or a team you watched. We don't expect you to have done all of the above
  • Data fluency: cohorts, funnels, incrementality. You don't need an analyst to tell you whether a test worked
  • Already working with AI in your marketing, today. Not dabbling: generating and testing creative, drafting copy, building automations, digging through data with it every week
  • Taste. AI makes it easy to make more; it doesn't make it good. You know the difference
  • Strong communication skills. You'll be working with creators, freelancers, engineers, and the CEO, and you write clearly
  • Interest in fitness. You should want to use Ray

Preferred

  • Growth work at a health, fitness, or wellness brand
  • Product-led growth experience: you've shipped referral flows, share moments, or onboarding experiments with an engineering team
  • ASO or App Store featuring experience
  • SQL and light analytics chops
  • Experience with PostHog, Customer.io, RevenueCat, or similar tools

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity, unlimited vacation, access to 401K, free lunch every Tuesday at the IDEO building
