Job Description

Responsibilities

you'll own the full growth stack: Google + Meta + Pinterest + TikTok, Shopify CRO, Amazon channel, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered systems that make your work compound.
What We Actually Need
- Someone who can personally run paid campaigns (hands-on, not just strategic). Google Ads, Meta — campaigns, bids, creative, optimization.
- Someone who builds with AI (not just uses it). Automations, agents, custom tools. If you see something tedious, your instinct is to build a system that eliminates it.
