Job Description
Responsibilities
- Growth Execution & ICP Alignment
- Oversee strategic brand capabilities across partner websites
- Implement and operationalise the ICP strategy defined by the CRO
- Ensure all marketing activity is aligned to target customer segments and revenue priorities
- Translate strategic direction into clear campaign plans and execution frameworks
- Campaign Management (Organic & Paid)
- Oversee ideation of creative and execution of organic and paid campaigns across US and AU markets
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, email, content) with a focus on performance
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints and creative ideas that will get cut through
- Sales & Marketing Integration
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or revenue operations roles
- Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels, particularly in agency, media, or services environments
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to interpret metrics and act decisively
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- Strong operator — able to move from plan to execution without friction
- Experience working closely with sales teams and revenue leaders
