Drive early growth experiments and founder-led content workflows for Influence, helping build repeatable growth systems across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, email, and AI-enabled channels.
- Own multi-channel content creation, testing, and analytics to identify what works.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help create and test growth campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, email, and communities
- Research high-intent buyer conversations and identify where founders and GTM teams are asking for solutions like Influence
- Write and repurpose founder-led content, social posts, hooks, comments, and outbound messages
- Analyze competitors, customer segments, growth channels, and market trends
- Help build lists of target customers, communities, influencers, and potential partners
- Use Influence and other AI tools to create, improve, and scale growth workflows
- Make daily content consistently for Influence
- Track what is working across content, outreach, and acquisition experiments
- Help improve landing pages, messaging, offers, and customer onboarding based on what you learn
- Move fast, test ideas, report results, and help turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks
Requirements
- Currently a student, recent graduate, or early-career operator interested in startups and growth
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong research ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excited to learn fast, test ideas, and improve based on feedback
- Available to contribute consistently each week
Preferred
- Bonus if you have built projects, grown social accounts, sold something, worked at a startup, or created content online
