Job Summary

Own campus community onboarding and contributor growth end to end, turning student networks into a steady stream of onboarded contributors and engaged creators.

  • Build relationships and guide contributors from first contact through onboarding.
  • Organize campus and social outreach to recruit new contributors.
  • Maintain a positive contributor experience and answer onboarding questions to reduce friction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with students, performers, and creators within your community.
  • Promote Prosodiq's contributor opportunities through your networks.
  • Recruit and onboard new contributors onto the platform.
  • Answer basic questions and guide contributors through the onboarding process.
  • Organize outreach campaigns through campus groups, social media, and student organizations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional experience for contributors.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university, or recently graduated.
  • Active involvement in student organizations, performing arts communities, or creator networks.
  • Comfortable with outreach and community building.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred

  • Leadership experience in clubs, organizations, or student communities.
  • Background in theatre, acting, performance, media, communications, or marketing.
  • Experience managing communities, events, or social media groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
