Role Description

The Growth Hacker will play a key role in developing and executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our wellness and beauty products. Responsibilities include analyzing web analytics, optimizing conversion rates, crafting and refining marketing strategies, and executing growth hacking tactics to achieve measurable business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Seattle Area.

• Expertise in Growth Hacking techniques and conversion-driven strategies
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization tools and processes
• Strong background in Marketing and developing comprehensive Marketing Strategies
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth plans
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
