  • Growth Loops: build viral loops and in product virality with real incentives and user invites.
  • Activation Focus: run fast experiments and decide to scale or kill quick.
  • Funnel ownership: fix onboarding, Day 1 activation, and reduce churn while driving acquisition.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build the loops first. Build the loops first. Map every moment a user could invite, share, or advocate — then design the mechanics that make them do it compulsively
  • Run experiments fast. Run experiments fast. Ship a landing page test on Monday. Read results Wednesday. Kill or scale by Friday. Repeat forever
  • Own the full funnel. Own the full funnel. Acquisition is nothing if activation is broken. You’ll fix onboarding, obsess over Day 1 aha-moments, and reduce churn as aggressively as you chase signups
  • Make content work like a channel. Make content work like a channel. Think Lempire’s cold email playbooks — content that educates, builds trust, and converts
  • Design referral and incentive programmes Design referral and incentive programmes with real teeth — the kind where the reward is better product access, not a ÂŁ5 voucher
  • Work in the product, not around it. Work in the product, not around it. Brief engineering on growth features, push for in-product virality hooks
  • Set your own targets Set your own targets — and be accountable to them publicly with the team
