Responsibilities

• Own outbound and inbound sales efforts across podcast networks, studios, media companies, agencies, and brand partnership teams
• Qualify leads and identify strong-fit prospects for Jamie AI’s product offerings
• Conduct demos and product walkthroughs tailored to prospect needs
• Own opportunities through the pipeline from initial interest to close
• Draft and send thoughtful follow-ups, recap emails, onboarding notes, and relationship-building communications
• Assist with proposal development, pricing conversations, and packaging recommendations
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Maintain CRM hygiene and keep notes, opportunity stages, and account details up to date
• Partner with leadership on sales strategy, voice of the customer, and account prioritization
• Support onboarding for new customers and ensure they are set up for immediate success

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience leading calls, demos, trainings, or customer conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts, conversations, and priorities at once
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a startup environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Genuine interest in technology, media, podcasts, creator businesses, or digital content
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable next steps internally and externally
• Most importantly, grit
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers in a fast-moving setting

Preferred

• Experience working in SaaS, media, advertising, creator economy, podcasting, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools
• Experience supporting both net-new business and existing customer growth
• Experience at an early-stage startup or in a highly entrepreneurial environment
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers
• Passion for AI tools and curiosity about how technology can improve workflows
