Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owns the strategy and performance of all paid and organic acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and emerging platforms, as well as organic channels such as SEO, content, lifecycle touchpoints, and on‑platform discovery. Drives sustainable growth by optimizing organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversion through cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven experimentation, and continuous performance analysis.
  • Owns and manages large-scale media budgets across multiple channels, balancing investment, and efficiency with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV to maximize sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Owns end-to-end analysis of the acquisition funnel from first click through booked consultation to purchased package identifying friction points, drop-offs, and conversion gaps across digital, operational, and in-studio touchpoints. Leverages quantitative performance data and qualitative insights to understand client intent, behavior, and barriers at each stage of the journey.
  • Leads a robust experimentation roadmap across landing pages, booking flows, messaging, offers, and on-site experiences, using A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve conversion performance. Defines clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas for each test, ensuring experimentation efforts are disciplined, actionable, and aligned to growth goals.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to the Technology and Contact Center teams to continuously optimize digital touchpoints across the full client journey. Leads efforts to identify friction points through data, experimentation, and user insights, driving enhancements that improve customer experience, increase conversion, and support scalable growth.
  • Develops and owns market level growth strategies for new studio openings, ensuring demand is generated, and momentum is built well ahead of launch. This includes designing localized go-to market plans that drive awareness, lead generation, and early bookings prior to opening, while partnering closely with Real Estate and Operations to align timelines and execution. The role defines success metrics for each launch, monitoring early performance indicators, and adapting strategies in real time to ensure studios ramp efficiently and hit utilization- targets in their first critical months.
  • Develops tailored value propositions, messaging, and other strategies that resonate with each audience segment’s unique needs and motivations. These strategies may span paid media, partnerships, promotions, and localized activations, with a focus on testing, learning, and scaling what proves most effective over time.
  • Analyzes performance across the full funnel to determine how channels should work together at various stages of market maturity, from pre-launch awareness through conversion and retention. Guides investment decisions by translating data into clear insights and recommendations, balancing efficiency with long-term growth, and ensuring marketing dollars are allocated in a way that maximizes impact and supports Removery’s overall growth strategy.
  • Builds and maintains scalable, executive-ready dashboards that provide clear visibility into acquisition performance, studio-level trends, and overall portfolio health. Ensure metrics are accurate, actionable, and aligned to business goals, enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and leadership.
  • Translates complex data and performance signals into clear, actionable insights, delivering concise recommendations and performance narratives to executive stakeholders. Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities and influence strategic decisions through compelling data storytelling.
  • Owns growth forecasting across acquisition channels and lifecycle stages, partnering closely with Finance to develop and maintain revenue models. Ensures forecasts reflect performance realities, investment scenarios, and growth initiatives, supporting confident planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborates closely with Brand, Studio Operations, and Product teams to ensure all growth initiatives are operationally viable, scalable, and aligned with brand standards. Partners cross-functionally to translate growth strategies into seamless, real-world execution at the studio level, ensuring marketing initiatives drive demand that studios can confidently deliver while maintaining a consistent, premium client experience.
  • Champions a culture of experimentation grounded in intellectual curiosity, data-driven learning, and accountability. Encourages teams to continuously test, learn, and iterate across channels, messaging, and experiences using clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and rapid feedback loops.
