Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound growth initiatives across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
- Support the development and optimization of lead generation funnels
- Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and performance reporting
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy and discipline
- Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and customer segments
- Work closely with senior team members to implement experiments and iterate based on results
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools, outreach platforms, or analytics tools is preferred
- Analytical mindset with willingness to work with data and performance metrics
- Clear communication and execution discipline
