Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and scale automated expert sourcing pipelines
Leverage LinkedIn and similar platforms to recruit high-quality professionals
Manage concurrent recruiting workflows at high volume
Design and implement GTM automation systems and tooling
Run experiments to improve acquisition funnels and conversion
Partner directly with founders on growth strategy and execution

Requirements

0 to 4+ years experience in growth, recruiting, or outbound pipeline generation
Experience scaling talent networks, marketplaces, or outbound systems
Strong analytical skills with funnel and pipeline modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication
High agency, resourcefulness, and competitive drive

Preferred

Experience with automation and GTM tooling such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, scripts, or scrapers
