Job Description

Design and produce marketing and communication materials that strengthen the Cleveland Area Hospital brand across channels and departments.

  • Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and event materials.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate production needs as required.
  • Help protect and strengthen the hospital brand by ensuring messaging and visuals reflect standards.
  • Assist in maintaining templates, style guides, and brand assets for consistency.
  • Develop and coordinate content for internal and external audiences, including social media and website updates.
  • Contribute to planning outreach events, community partnerships, and hospital initiatives.
  • Support photography and videography, including capturing and editing content.
  • Partner with departments to gather information, ensure timely, on-brand communication.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ professional experience in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showing layout, branding, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person communication, with ability to tailor messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and represent the organization professionally.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines with organization.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

  • Degree or Certifications in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields preferred but not required.
