Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This position is in charge of the brand assets design, including graphic and video format across touchpoints, including but not limited to in-mall, in-store, social to ensure the communication from brand to customer, keeping the brand visual in line with global guidelines and fit to local context at the same time.
  • Create and maintain graphic design & video content according to brand guidelines.
  • To create all designs for digital marketing channels, such as banners, social posters, email templates, and print publications such as posters, standees, advertising banners...
  • Actively implement, take responsibility for a part or the whole project as assigned.
  • Other tasks upon request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields is preferred, with minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design (retail industry is a plus).
  • Strong ability in both graphic and video design, including motion design and basic editing; proficient in tools such as After Effects, Premiere/CapCut, and AI-supported platforms (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Canva AI).
  • Experienced in producing social visual content (graphic & video), with good understanding of digital trends and customer behaviors across platforms.
  • Able to adapt key visuals across multiple channels (digital, e-commerce, in-store) while ensuring brand guideline compliance and visual consistency.
  • Strong execution capability with high attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills (verbal & written), able to work both independently and collaboratively; basic knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
