Job Summary

Own data driven reporting for media campaigns, turning results into actionable insights and client-ready narratives that drive budget and plan decisions.

Measurement ownership: execute the measurement plan, produce campaign reports, and develop data-backed insights.
Analytics & dashboards: build dashboards in Datorama/Tableau and perform ongoing data QA to ensure accurate reporting.
Storytelling and client engagement: present findings in slides and calls, and collaborate with Planning & Investment on annual budgets and ongoing optimization.

Job Description

Responsibility: Executing the measurement plan
Responsibility: Production of campaign reports and analyses according to measurement plans
Responsibility: Development of dashboards in data visualization tools such as Datorama and Tableau
Responsibility: On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate
Responsibility: Development of observations and actionable insights around campaign results
Responsibility: Data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides
Responsibility: Presenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly phone calls
Responsibility: Partner with the Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing budget / plan optimization.
Responsibility: Keep in front of industry trends and developments by engaging in training

Requirement: Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development
Requirement: Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
Requirement: Solution development: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic & operational issues as relates to data and analytics. Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.
Requirement: Stellar communication skills
Requirement: Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
Requirement: A university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
Requirement: Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required
