Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Direction
• Co-develop and drive the 3–5 year global portfolio marketing strategy aligning with enterprise growth priorities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Product Management, R&D, and Commercial leaders by providing data-driven market perspectives and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Global Product Management, PCS Portfolio Marketing, Region Product Marketing & Region Commercial Leaders to identify and prioritize white space opportunities, adjacent markets, and new business models.
• Upstream Marketing Excellence
• Own and lead core upstream marketing deliverables including segmentation, value proposition development, claims roadmap, pricing, and portfolio positioning.
• Generate outside-in insights to influence the product development roadmap, drive the creation of value propositions, and support the development of business cases.
• Monitor competitive dynamics, clinical trends, and regulatory shifts to proactively adjust portfolio strategy.
• Ensure alignment of upstream strategy with downstream execution across regions. Collaborate with key region marketing stakeholders to drive an integrated end-to-end marketing approach that seamlessly connects upstream deliverables to downstream impact.
• Global Launch Readiness & Growth Execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy; 5+ years in healthcare/medtech strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success operating at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise initiatives
• Deep demonstrated expertise in upstream marketing disciplines, including: market segmentation & targeting, value proposition & claims development, pricing & portfolio strategy, new product commercialization
• Proven ability to translate insights into growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact
• Proven experience building high impact marketing programs using all relevant channels and media; and aligning marketing strategy with business goals
• Strong track record of working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional leadership
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills and are able to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels of within the business to energize, develop, build rapport, and influence
