Job Summary
Own global actives marketing with end-to-end product launches, global/local comms and Americas market strategy to feed the pipeline and partnership opportunities.

- Drive innovation pipeline from market analysis to go to market, including pricing, positioning, and messaging for new products.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches with R&D, Sales, and project managers to move ideas from concept to market and strengthen Americas presence.
Job Description
- As a Global Marketing Manager – Actives, Beauty Care Solutions (BCS), you will be instrumental in managing innovation projects, launching new products, developing global communication strategy and driving BCS visibility.
- Using global and regional knowledge to leverage portfolio and innovation
- Driving Beauty Care Solutions' communication activities both globally and locally
- Supporting the strategy of Beauty Care Solution globally, with specific insights on Americas region, including market and competition analysis, potential partnerships and go-to-market approach.
- Managing the innovation- identifying market needs and managing ideation campaigns with the aim of creating new project briefs and feeding the innovation pipeline. Work with the project manager on new projects (market analysis, business case and go to market approach)
- Launching new products - prepare the launch package together with project manager, define pricing strategy, value proposition, competitive advantage, product positioning, and communication plan. Follow up on newly launched products and adjust accordingly.
- Developing and supporting business opportunities, as well as market presence in Americas
- Have a bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Possess 3+ years experience in personal care, actives, or specialty ingredients marketing, product management, or technical sales, with demonstrated exposure to cosmetic or formulation-driven markets.
- Have a strong ability to translate scientific or technical data into compelling customer value propositions and marketing narratives.
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with R&D, Sales, and global teams.
- Show a commercial and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to business growth.
- Exhibit strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market insights and clearly communicate to both technical and commercial audiences.
