Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global creative performance and analytics measurement strategy across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish best-in-class frameworks for evaluating creative effectiveness across the full funnel, from awareness and consideration to conversion and long-term brand impact.
  • Elevate deep creative diagnostics that connect creative choices to sales performance, brand lift, and cultural relevance and translate these insights to creative teams to action.
  • Partner closely with Consumer Insights & Strategy teams to inform creative development before launch.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable guidance for creative teams during ideation and concept development.
  • Help creative teams understand what will resonate with consumers and culture before creative goes live.
  • Lead post-launch creative performance analysis across global markets and platforms working with Media & Analytics teams.
  • Identify what is working, why it’s working, and how creative can be optimized, evolved, or scaled.
  • Deliver concise, compelling recommendations that creative teams can act on quickly.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Creative Leads and teams, embedded in the creative process—not a downstream reporting function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, performance, or measurement with a strong focus on creative effectiveness.
  • Proven experience analyzing creative performance across multiple channels and platforms, including digital, social, and emerging media.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, compelling creative recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of how creative drives business outcomes, not just engagement metrics.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and influencing across functions.
  • Prior experience building or scaling teams strongly preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with creative testing, experimentation, brand lift, MMM, and/or attribution approaches as they relate to creative.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and modern analytics platforms that support creative development and optimization.
