Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead global marketing strategy and long-term positioning across all markets
Define and own the company’s narrative, brand, and category positioning
Oversee global market entry strategy and geographic expansion decisions
Build and lead a high-performing, multi-region marketing organization
Establish marketing performance standards aligned with business objectives
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with overall business strategy
Oversee agency relationships, external partners, and marketing investments
Ensure consistency of brand and messaging across all channels and regions
Lead continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness and execution

Requirements

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive roles
Must have held a Chief Marketing Officer or equivalent role with direct responsibility across the United States, Europe, and Canada
Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions across multiple regions
Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into marketing direction
Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred

Experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise environments preferred
