Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
  • - Support the development of brand marketing strategy for assigned campaigns, including positioning, campaign platforms, and creative briefs grounded in clinical claims substantiation and competitive intelligence.
  • - Partner with Creative, Social, Copy, and Influence teams to help build full-funnel campaign elements (paid, earned, owned) that flex across DTC, Amazon, and prestige retail partners (e.g., Sephora).
  • - Maintain go-to-market toolkits, marketing SharePoint content, launch tiering, and brief templates that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving at pace.
  • Global Launch & Timeline Management
  • - Manage launch timelines across phased global rollouts, coordinating dependencies across Creative, Retail, Media, and regional brand teams.
  • - Maintain RACI matrices across launch workstreams to help keep ownership clear and delivery on track.
  • - Flag timeline risks early and help identify mitigation options in partnership with your manager.
  • Marketing Financial Acumen & Reporting
  • - Support marketing budget allocations that tie investment to expected volume, share, and ROI outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a related role—ideally within beauty, skincare, or a comparable prestige/CPG category.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry, including exposure to prestige retail dynamics (e.g., Sephora), DTC, and Amazon channels.
  • Solid financial and numbers acumen: comfort working with spend models, ROI cases, and budget trackers, and pulling out clear takeaways.
  • Marketing reporting skills: experience supporting performance reporting and helping translate campaign data into useful insight.
  • Exposure to regional or international marketing, with interest in coordinating execution across multiple markets and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong timeline and project management skills, with experience supporting multi-workstream launches against deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to build clear, professional decks and materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good judgment navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) required; experience with marketing analytics, retail media, or reporting platforms is a plus.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and a passion for building brands people trust.
