Design marketing operating models, governance, processes, and ways of working.
Develop segmentation, targeting, personalization, lifecycle, and omnichannel strategies.
Translate client challenges into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
Support CRM and MarTech initiatives involving Salesforce, Adobe, or related platforms.
Collaborate across strategy, data, technology, and customer experience teams.
Apply AI-enabled marketing use cases to personalization, content, and decisioning.
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and practice development.

Requirements

3-7 years in consulting, digital services, marketing strategy, customer engagement, or transformation.
Experience in marketing transformation, operating models, CRM, or customer engagement.
Experience leading workstreams and delivering project components independently.
Knowledge of customer data, segmentation, personalization, omnichannel engagement, and campaign execution.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, or related MarTech platforms.
Strong problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across strategy, data, technology, and design teams.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
