Responsibilities

ABM Program Execution
Own end-to-end execution of assigned 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs across workshops and innovation days, industry and association moments, direct mail and gifting campaigns, assigned client experiences, and other tailored activations.
Translate agreed commercial priorities into executable program briefs, including audience, message, offer, channel mix, call to action, timeline, budget, owners, and success measures.
Drive programs from brief to launch with urgency and high attention to detail, owning workbacks, internal reviews, vendors, production, logistics, Sales readiness, and follow-up.
Build repeatable activation frameworks, templates, and processes that increase execution speed and capacity while maintaining a high quality bar and account-level relevance.
Manage multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying dependencies, resolving blockers, and escalating decisions when needed to keep work moving.
Sales & Cross-Functional Execution
Partner closely with Sales pods and commercial leaders to translate account priorities, active opportunities, and timely triggers into coordinated Marketing activations.
Run the day-to-day operating rhythm for ABM execution, including campaign readiness, launch coordination, Sales follow-up, decision tracking, and next steps.
Support business development and full-lifecycle activations that help create new opportunities, strengthen active pursuits, and deepen existing client relationships.

Requirements

3-5 years B2B marketing experience, including meaningful hands-on ownership of account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, events, or integrated campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to take a program from direction and brief through execution, launch, coordinated Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization, with clear ties to commercial outcomes.
Experience with enterprise size contracts
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with speed and a high quality bar, including timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, logistics, and deliverables.
Strong analytical judgment and working knowledge of CRM and marketing-automation reporting; HubSpot experience is preferred.
Excellent project management, writing, presentation, and communication skills, paired with high ownership, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and a bias toward action; able to solve executional problems and deliver polished work with limited day-to-day oversight.

Preferred

Nice to have: Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or health-technology audiences.
