Requirements

You have 4+ years of marketing experience with strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, homebuilding, or another multi location environment is preferred.
You’re comfortable coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and have experience supporting marketing launches, campaigns, or complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
You have a working understanding of websites and content management systems, along with familiarity with branding, creative production, digital marketing, and visual content.
You’re also comfortable working with senior leaders, Development, Operations, onsite teams, creative partners, and vendors.
You anticipate needs, communicate clearly, follow through, and can identify potential roadblocks before they become urgent.
More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail oriented approach and take ownership of your work. You’re collaborative, adaptable, solutions focused, and comfortable stepping in when something needs immediate attention.
