Fundraiser/Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with schools, PTAs, booster clubs, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Schedule and coordinate Blaze Pizza fundraising nights.
• Visit local businesses and community groups to promote fundraising opportunities.
• Generate new fundraising leads through networking, cold calling, email, and in-person visits.
• Work closely with restaurant management teams to ensure successful events.
• Follow up with organizations to encourage repeat events.
• Represent Blaze Pizza at community events, festivals, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and scheduled events.
• Help execute local marketing initiatives that increase community awareness and restaurant sales.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable making phone calls and conducting in-person visits.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving the community.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned market.

Preferred

• Sales, fundraising, marketing, hospitality, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required.
