Drive end-to-end digital marketing across channels with tight CRM integration to maximize ROAS while leveraging AI-driven automation and cross-functional testing to continuously improve performance.

Full-funnel strategy: from awareness to conversion, across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
Campaign execution and measurement: optimize CPA, CTR, CVR, CPL, and lead quality with Salesforce/GoHighLevel integration.
Content & tooling: create persuasive content and apply AI-driven automation to improve creative and campaign performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize full-funnel digital marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance using CPA, CTR, CVR, CPL, and lead quality metrics.
Integrate and manage campaigns within Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
Create Persuasive content for websites, landing pages, video scripts, email campaigns, and social media.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve automation and campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously test and refine strategies.

Requirements

5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, including management of $20,000 - $50,000+ monthly advertising budgets.
Strong expertise in both campaign analytics and creative content development.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
Experience using AI tools and modern marketing technologies.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
