Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, for a Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator at La Vie Spa, ideal for someone who is polished, organized, warm, and creative, and who enjoys both client interaction and content creation.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting clients

• Managing calls, texts, scheduling, and appointment confirmations

• Supporting daily spa operations and client flow

• Creating and posting social media content, including Reels, Stories, and short-form videos

• Assisting with social media engagement and in-spa content capture

• Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment

Ideal candidate:

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Professional, honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently manage front desk operations and social media commitments

• Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools

• Strong communication and writing skills for client interactions and social media posts

• Comfortable on camera and creating content

• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client experience

• Experienced in customer service or a similar client-facing role
