We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This role combines front desk operations, patient experience, and sales in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients begin and continue their chiropractic wellness journey.

Many of our leaders—including Assistant Area Manager/s & Operations Manager—started in this role and advanced through hard work and dedication.

What You’ll DoPatient Experience

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Check patients in and out using our clinic software.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and account information.
• Help manage patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Educate patients on chiropractic wellness plans and membership options.
• Present and recommend memberships and visit packages confidently.
• Follow up with inactive patients and help re-engage them in care.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Consistently work toward individual and clinic performance goals.

Team & Clinic Operations

• Support a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
• Communicate patient concerns and feedback to management.
• Stay current on promotions, pricing, and company initiatives.
• Contribute to clinic growth and overall success.

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and healthcare services.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform front desk and clinic support duties throughout the shift.
