Job Summary

Own the front desk operations and patient flow while building a tight shop’s local marketing footprint across social media and community outreach.

Front Desk & Patient Experience: Own check in, scheduling, and front-office coordination to keep patients and clinicians aligned.
Marketing Content Ownership: Lead social media creation, video, graphics, and review management to shape digital strategy.
Cross-functional Exposure: Collaborate with clinical staff and community outreach to grow local brand presence and patient care exposure.

Job Description

Front Desk and Patient Interaction: Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism; Schedule appointments, manage phone and SMS communication; Assist with insurance verifications and front office coordination; Support the clinical team and serve as the hub between patients and staff; Gain real, meaningful exposure to the day to day of an outpatient physical therapy practice
Marketing and Content Creation: Own our social media presence: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google; Shoot, edit, and post short form video content; Create graphics and written content using Canva or similar tools; Manage Google reviews, patient satisfaction follow up, and reactivation campaigns; Track performance and help shape our digital marketing strategy; Support community events, physician outreach, and local brand awareness

We also offer "Direct Care" for those with high deductible plans or without insurance.Do you need to have a script/referral from a physician? - NO, in the state of Michigan you are able to visit a physical therapist without seeing a physician. However, we do work with your physician to ensure you receive the best possible care!Do you offer fitness services? -YES!
