Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the salon – greet every guest and create a luxury experience
• Build relationships through genuine conversation and high-end service
• Take quality photos and videos of services, stylists, and salon moments for social media
• Assist with booking appointments, managing the schedule, and responding to inquiries
• Promote and upsell retail products and services (commission earned!)
• Maintain inventory and restock products biweekly
• Keep the front desk and salon area clean, organized, and photo-ready
• Help the team where needed with light salon tasks

Requirements

• Marketing and/or content creation experience
• A people person with strong customer service skills
• Passionate about content creation and social media (especially Instagram + TikTok)
• Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for photos/videos
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Preferred

• Experience in a salon or retail setting is a plus, but not required
