Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and completed projects to capture photos and videos
• Capture drone photos and videos of projects and job sites
• Create social media content for Facebook and Instagram
• Write captions and post copy that fits our brand and audience
• Develop and maintain a regular posting schedule
• Help organize content ideas and plan upcoming posts
• Highlight our projects, process, team, and company personality in a professional way
• Edit photos, drone footage, and short-form videos for social media use
• Coordinate with our team to gather project details and content ideas

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Strong photography and video skills for social media content
• Experience capturing and editing drone photo/video content
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging captions
• Ability to create and follow a content plan with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram best practices
• Reliable, organized, and responsive
• Comfortable visiting construction job sites and working around an active build environment
• Must be located in Tucson, Phoenix, or surrounding areas and able to travel to Tucson regularly

Preferred

• Experience working with contractors, home builders, construction, remodeling, real estate, or related industries
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Ability to suggest content ideas and help shape overall social media strategy
• FAA Part 107 certification or the ability to legally perform drone work
