Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day client communication and build strong, trusted relationships
Develop thoughtful, creative solutions in response to client briefs and campaign needs
Gain a deep understanding of client brands, audiences, and business objectives
Monitor market trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity
Support and manage influencer/creator campaigns from briefing through execution
Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver creator-led campaign strategies
Coordinate with creators and/or influencer teams to ensure clear communication, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure all content and campaign outputs align with client expectations and brand guidelines
Maintain a strong understanding of the creator landscape and platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, and scopes of work

Requirements

Must be based in or able to work hybrid (2 days/week) from one of our U.S. offices: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami
2–5 years of agency or relevant experience, with a focus on account management and/or influencer marketing
Experience supporting or managing influencer/creator campaigns
Strong understanding of social platforms and digital content ecosystems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable leading day-to-day account management responsibilities
Culturally connected with a passion for social media, content, and emerging trends

Preferred

Experience working on large-scale accounts is highly preferred.
