  • Creative acceleration: brief and execute hooks with UGC, then scale winners through rapid iteration.
  • Measurement discipline: weekly CPI and performance signals to guide next bets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize paid app-install campaigns on Meta (required) + TikTok or Snap (strong plus)
  • Source and brief UGC creators via Billo or Insense — scripts already written, you execute
  • Run creative tests, kill losers fast, scale winners
  • Report weekly: cost per install, what's working, what's next

Requirements

  • You've run mobile app-install campaigns on Meta — you know your CPI and you can prove it
  • You've briefed UGC creators before and know what a good hook looks like
  • You've marketed a consumer subscription app ($10–$50/month)
  • You work lean and don't need a full team to function

Preferred

  • Edtech, parenting, or kids/family app experience is a major plus
  • Experience with TikTok or Snap advertising (strong plus)
