Job Description

Responsibilities

UGC strategy and execution across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Identifying, testing, and scaling high-performing content
Building repeatable content systems for consistent output
Driving user acquisition through content-led growth
Collaborating with founders to turn traction into scalable momentum
Managing creators, sourcing content, and optimizing performance

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in UGC, content, growth, or social media strategy
Proven ability to create or scale content that drives engagement or growth
Experience can include personal brands, freelance work, or startup involvement
Demonstrated success improving key growth metrics through content (e.g., views → signups, engagement → conversions, follower growth, etc.)

Preferred

Strong understanding of what makes content perform
Data-driven mindset (you track what works and double down)
Speed and experimentation—you test fast and iterate faster
Creativity combined with execution
Ownership mindset—you take initiative and drive results
