Job Description

Responsibilities

Scale DTC Acquisition: Architect and execute multi-channel growth strategies (Paid Social, Search, SEO, and Partnerships) tailored specifically to the addiction recovery and regulated health sectors.
Optimize the Full Funnel: Relentlessly test and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion metrics to lower CAC while maintaining high-quality patient acquisition.
Navigate Compliance: Design high-converting campaigns that strictly adhere to healthcare advertising regulations (e.g., HIPAA, LegitScript) and the highest ethical standards in behavioral health.
Data-Driven Execution: Establish the analytics infrastructure to measure attribution, ROI, and growth KPIs. Translate data into actionable insights to inform product, clinical, and operational decisions.
Market Expansion: Identify and unlock new growth levers, testing innovative messaging around our unique clinical value propositions and modern treatment methodologies.

Requirements

Proven DTC Experience: 5+ years of experience in health tech growth marketing, with a track record of scaling DTC channels from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced startup environment.
Regulated Market Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of customer acquisition within regulated health, wellness, or behavioral health markets. You know how to drive growth while maintaining patient trust and strict legal compliance.
Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient with modern growth and attribution tooling. You base your decisions on unit economics, contribution margins, and real data.
Hands-On Builder: You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting in the weeds to write copy, build testing frameworks, and launch campaigns.
