Job Summary

Own and drive HydraDB's revenue growth end-to-end, from initial prospecting through expansion, by building partnerships with engineering and AI leads and aligning with the CEO on strategy and GTM execution.

Own the revenue pipeline and lead enterprise cycles
Refine messaging and ICPs to accelerate growth
Collaborate with CEO on customer strategy and GTM motions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the sales pipeline from prospecting through customer expansion
Build relationships with engineering leaders and AI teams
Drive enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach to signed agreements
Refine messaging, positioning, and ideal customer profiles
Help establish and scale HydraDB's GTM motion
Partner closely with the CEO on customer strategy and growth initiatives

Requirements

Experience in an early-stage startup environment
Proven success owning revenue or pipeline goals
Comfortable selling technical products to engineering or technical stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity

Preferred

Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, databases, or AI products
Experience supporting both enterprise and product-led growth motions
Existing network within the Bay Area AI/ML ecosystem
