Founding Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Own growth from initial outreach through practice activation and sign-up, serving clinicians and small-to-mid-size practices.
• Travel to launch markets and regional or national conferences one to two weeks per month to meet physicians, advanced practice providers, and office managers.
• Test which practices to target and which approaches best convert them, using field visits and other outreach.
• Build an engaged clinician community through online channels, events, conference sponsorships, and other initiatives.
• Run experiments across field outreach, paid advertising, events, and sponsorships to grow the top of the funnel and drive practice conversions.
• Share insights from the field with the product team to improve the clinician experience and guide product priorities.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience in growth, provider partnerships, or go-to-market roles.
• Hands-on experience building top-of-funnel growth and activating clinicians or practices for a healthcare product.
• Experience at an early-stage startup, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Healthcare or clinician-facing experience beyond enterprise sales, implementation, or account management alone.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or similar, product analytics, marketing automation, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% to 50% of the time.
