Founding Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize demand generation channels that grow qualified leads and convert them into enterprise sales pipeline.
• Own marketing operations, including attribution, automation, lead routing, segmentation, and funnel reporting.
• Work with sales and product delivery teams to communicate product and AI capabilities to prospective customers.
• Test and scale paid acquisition, email nurture, website conversion, account-based marketing, SEO, and emerging channels.
• Manage agencies, contractors, and specialist partners to accelerate channel execution.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or account-based marketing.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology in a sales-led environment, ideally at an early-stage or rapidly growing startup.
• Experience building a demand generation program or marketing channel from zero to one.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution software, CRM reporting, and website tracking.
• Experience across multiple channels, such as paid digital, email, website, and content, with a demonstrated area of particular strength.
• Understanding of funnel metrics and revenue conversion, including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
• A degree is required; a strong academic background is preferred.
