Responsibilities

• Test new marketing channels and campaigns with rigor — form a hypothesis, run the experiment, and help inform what to do next.
• Own campaign execution end-to-end: brief, build, launch, measure, iterate.
• You'll have creative support, but bonus if you have a copywriting or graphic design background!
• Operationalize and systematize GTM processes and turn what works into playbooks the whole team can leverage.
• Build and own performance dashboards across all growth levers (marketing, sales, success).
• Report to founders and stakeholders — think weekly growth recaps, board prep, and experiment readouts.
• You’ll work directly with the leadership team to drive marketing execution, analytics, and operations.
• This is a full-cycle role — you’ll identify the highest-leverage problems and go solve them, moving between strategy and execution depending on what the business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in consulting, analytical / strategic roles, or at a high-growth startup
• NYC-based and excited to be in the office 4 days a week
