Responsibilities

• Develop a clear picture of our ideal customer, choose the industries we should pursue first, and work with the CEO to test pricing and packaging.
• Build and run outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and warm introductions. You’ll be responsible for both deciding whom to contact and doing the consistent follow-up that turns an introduction into a real opportunity.
• Develop and lead practical AI and agent-building workshops with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and business groups.
• Manage the full sales process, including discovery, demos, pilots, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Build relationships with managed service providers, consultants, agencies, and fractional executives who can introduce Cinchapi to their clients or resell our platform and services.
• Put the basics in place for a growing commercial team: a useful CRM, prospecting tools, sales materials, demo scripts, and reporting that helps us understand what’s working.
• Share what you’re hearing from customers with the CEO and engineering team so that real buying decisions and deployment needs inform our positioning, pricing, and product roadmap.
• Help decide when we’re ready to add to the go-to-market team, which roles we need next, and how to bring those people on successfully.

Requirements

• ~5–10 years in B2B sales, business development, or go-to-market roles, ideally selling SaaS, data, AI, or other technical products.
• Personally managed deals from initial outreach through closing, and helped a product win its first customers.
• Built pipeline without an established inbound lead stream; able to explain where customers came from and what changed when approach wasn’t working.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
• Ability to lead a room, teach business owners about AI, or present to an enterprise buying team.
• Technical enough to learn the platform, give a credible demo, and discuss agents and workflows with operations and IT leaders.
• Willing to set priorities without a detailed playbook and stay persistent when deals take longer than expected; ownership, uncapped commission, and equity appealing to you.
• Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate, and able to travel locally for prospecting, workshops, and events.
