Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand-building for Toone.
Must-have: Experience in market research and building marketing strategies aligned to business goals.
Standout: Equity-based ownership and skin-in-the-game for founders.

The specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and promoting brand awareness using Toone as a way to prove its efficiency.
They will collaborate with internal teams to develop communication initiatives, ensure excellent customer support, and drive sales processes.
Additionally, the role involves creating campaigns that resonate with target audiences and strengthen Toone's position in the marketplace.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for crafting clear messages and building relationships
Experience with market research and developing insights to guide marketing efforts
Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies tailored to business objectives
Excellent customer service and sales skills to foster positive client experiences
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage concurrent projects efficiently
Familiarity with public relations tools and methods is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
MacOS is required
