Responsibilities

• Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps
• Run and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance and achieve campaign goals
• Monitor live campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets
• Interpret campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization plans
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, campaign measurement, and forecasting processes
• Lead reporting and forecasting while turning performance data into clear next steps
• Advise on creative direction based on campaign performance, platform best practices, and business objectives
• Collaborate with the Digital Account Strategist to support client success and account growth
• Make proactive pivots to campaign strategy based on performance data, market trends, and expertise

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Strong expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of DSP and Programmatic Advertising
• Proven ability to plan, strategize, lead, and execute campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, reporting, forecasting, conversion tracking, UTM structures, and naming conventions
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Experience with ad performance tracking tools such as Keitaro
• Proven experience with campaign cloaking
• Ability to QA tracking, diagnose delivery issues, and confidently explain measurement methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
