Job Summary

Own the local growth engine by sourcing partner studios, running in-person EMS demos, and converting first-time visitors into paying members through the BODY20 sales process.

Grass-Roots Marketing: partner outreach and live events to drive membership interest
Fitness Training: EMS certification and coaching on first visits to fuel sales
Sales & Operations: guide demos, close memberships, and keep studio running smoothly

Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify local businesses as partners for BODY20 EMS programs
Reach out via phone, email, and in-person visits to establish relationships and set up events
Attend offsite events and engage potential BODY20 members with free arm workouts
Become a certified EMS trainer to train first-time visits and backfill for coaches
Learn the BODY20 first-time visit sales process and Inbody analysis
Host first-time visitors in the studio and guide them through workouts with membership recommendations
Sales commissions earned for new member signups
Help create content and manage social media channels
Assist with back-end administrative tasks and member escalations
Maintain a safe and clean studio environment and support daily operations
