Responsibilities - Onboard and Train: Guide new franchisees through the NTV360 sales systems, operational playbooks, and local marketing strategies to ensure a strong launch. - Peer-to-Peer Mentorship: Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for franchise owners, helping them troubleshoot sales bottlenecks, refine their pitches, and build business confidence. - Culture Bridge: Maintain a highly collaborative, supportive, and motivating relationship with a diverse, energetic demographic of franchise owners. - Process Enablement: Help owners implement standard operating procedures through encouragement, clear accountability, and practical, real-world execution. Preferred - Proven Track Record: 3+ years of outside sales experience, sales management, or hands-on business ownership. You’ve "been in the trenches" and speak the language of business operations fluently. - The "Coaching" Mindset: A genuine passion for teaching and watching others succeed.
