- Field Marketing Ownership: Adapt local-market campaigns, coordinate programmatic and ad hoc events, and defend markets with tailored activation.
- Playbook and Budget Oversight: Own the Field Marketing Playbook, annual calendar, local budgets, and contract/billing processes.
- Measurement and Optimization: Track KPIs and ROI, report results, and drive data-driven improvements for future programs.
