Coordinate with Marketing and Leasing teams and report outcomes

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent SVCS at events, pop-ups, open houses, and networking activities.
Identify relevant local events and marketing opportunities
Engage with potential clients, tenants, and partners
Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
Collect leads, referrals, and prospect information
Support updates to flyers, brochures, and event materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Coordinate with Marketing and Leasing teams
Provide brief post-event reports and feedback

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Strong English communication skills
Confident and professional personality
Organized, reliable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Willingness to work on-site during assigned events

Preferred

Experience in field marketing, events, promotions, or brand representation preferred
