A Field Marketing Representative will own the in-person engagement, lead generation, and appointment-setting workstreams across events and community activities, coordinating setups and breakdowns at multiple Michigan locations.

Own event representation and attendee interactions
Drive free in-home estimates through a proven appointment process
Oversee booth setup and teardown and travel to local events

Responsibilities

Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and community events
Engage with attendees and schedule free in-home estimates
Use a proven, no-pressure appointment-setting process
Set up and break down event booths

Requirements

Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with people
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
Available 10–20 hours per week (Wednesday through Sunday)
Open to traveling to local events (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Traverse City, Midland)
