Responsibilities

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods (Sunday–Thursday)
• Start friendly, confident conversations with homeowners
• Educate homeowners on Allied Exteriors’ roofing solutions
• Set up free, no-pressure quotes for our sales team
• Hit daily and weekly performance goals
• Represent the Allied brand professionally
• Travel to assigned neighborhoods (fuel bonus provided)

Requirements

• No experience required
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid to talk to people
• Self-motivated individuals who want control over their income
• Positive, resilient mindset and ability to handle rejection
• Reliable team players who show up consistently
• Comfortable using apps and basic tech to track performance
• A vehicle is recommended; those without a vehicle must be comfortable walking within neighborhoods to knock doors
