Job Description
Responsibilities
- Canvass targeted neighborhoods (Sunday–Thursday)
- Start friendly, confident conversations with homeowners
- Educate homeowners on Allied Exteriors’ roofing solutions
- Set up free, no-pressure quotes for our sales team
- Hit daily and weekly performance goals
- Represent the Allied brand professionally
- Travel to assigned neighborhoods (fuel bonus provided)
Requirements
- No experience required
- Strong communicators who aren’t afraid to talk to people
- Self-motivated individuals who want control over their income
- Positive, resilient mindset and ability to handle rejection
- Reliable team players who show up consistently
- Comfortable using apps and basic tech to track performance
- A vehicle is recommended; those without a vehicle must be comfortable walking within neighborhoods to knock doors
