Responsibilities

• Own the US field marketing strategy , aligned with sales goals, target accounts, and priority verticals.
• Define and manage the event portfolio — deciding which events to attend, sponsor, speak at, or skip; and how Track3D shows up at each.
• Plan and execute conferences, industry events, and owned programs (executive roundtables, invite-only dinners, regional meetups).
• Build and maintain relationships with senior industry leaders (CIOs, CTOs, VDC and innovation leaders).
• Partner closely with sales to drive executive meetings, pipeline influence, and post-event follow-through .
• Own the field marketing budget and allocate spend based on ROI and sales priorities.
• Capture and share market insights from the field to inform messaging, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• This role will be measured on outcomes, not activity volume.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in field marketing, industry marketing, or enterprise event-led GTM roles
• Experience marketing enterprise B2B technology with long sales cycles
• Proven ability to engage senior executives comfortably and credibly
• Strong track record of designing and executing high-impact events and executive programs
• US-based, with willingness to travel frequently
