Job Summary
Own end-to-end field marketing event operations, coordinating logistics, on-site execution, partner activities, and post-event data to drive awareness and lead flow.
- Event Operations: Manage logistics, run-of-show materials, on-site support, and attendance/lead capture across INDIGITAL events.
- Partner & Cross-Channel Coordination: Align on registrations, signage, materials, and joint events; develop pre/post-event email promotions in HubSpot.
- Process & Brand Adherence: Create briefs and checklists, maintain brand-aligned swag, inventory, and post-event reporting to measure outcomes.
